The truth is, many of the stories we carry weren't written by us, they were shaped by our experiences, relationships, disappointments, and trauma. But healing gives us permission to ask a different question... What if I could rewrite the narrative? Join us for our July Healing Matters Meetup!

About the event
The Story We Tell
Rewriting the Narrative. Reclaiming Your Voice.
Every experience leaves a mark. Whether shaped by childhood, relationships, grief, trauma, success, or disappointment, our experiences influence the stories we believe about ourselves—and ultimately how we move through the world.
Join Healing Matters for an evening designed to help you pause, reflect, and begin examining the narratives you've carried. Through guided conversation, meaningful reflection, community connection, and the transformative power of spoken word, we'll explore what it means to move from surviving to intentionally rewriting the story of your life.
Special guest SB Poetically will share an inspiring spoken word performance that reminds us of the healing found in authenticity and self-expression.
Whether you're beginning your healing journey or continuing the work you've already started, this gathering is a space to be seen, heard, and encouraged.
